Buying a home can be a stressful process. This is one of the largest purchases I’ll make in my life and I will live and watch my family grow within its walls. Not only was Mike sensitive to my needs regarding timing and particular concerns with the property, he diligently inspected the property (exterior, basement, attic, and main floor) where I felt extremely comfortable making this investment in my family’s future and what we will make home. Mike provided an easy to follow Inspection Report that had photos and simple descriptions to what I was looking at and what condition the items in that image were in. There were only a couple items that needed to be addressed and the Seller has agreed to take care of; saving us $2k down the road.
