Q: How much do you charge?

A: Properties are as unique as their owners. Many factors determine pricing including the personal tailored needs of our clients. Is the building large, are their fireplaces if so how many, is a Radon evaluation required, how old is the building. Does the client want items inspected outside the agreement? The fee quoted will be the fee assessed regardless of how long the process and report takes to complete. No extra charges, guaranteed.

Q: What differentiates Eyeon Inspection from its competitors?

A: First we don’t skimp on anything. We will take as much time as it takes to do it right. We don’t schedule inspections back to back. This ensures we have enough time, and don’t rush, or make you feel rushed. We are the only firm who will guarantee this.

B. Next our equipment is the best available. Look at out listing of tools (Below) and read the testimonials. If you contract for a Radon inspection, we have the most accurate units available. We take no chances with diagnosing cancer causing radon at your property. Our gas leak detectors, voltage sensors right down to our flashlights are the best we can find.

C. Finally our technology focus. For example one of the most critical systems to inspect is your roof. We use a state of the art drone to get to the critical areas up close obtaining high resolution photos, ensuring we understand what the condition of the roof is. A camera from the ground or eves may be ok, but we don’t wish to settle for ok, and you shouldn’t either.

Why should I get an inspection?

It Provides an "Out"
A well executed inspection can reveal critical information about the condition of a home or business. This makes the buyer aware of issues, and maintenance the property may require. If a buyer isn't comfortable with the findings of the inspection, it usually presents one last opportunity to back out of the offer to buy.  This step is important when purchasing a property because it may save you tens of thousands or worse purchasing a property that won’t suit your needs.

Negotiating Tool
 Home inspection reports present an opportunity to ask for repairs or request a price reduction from the seller. Work with your realtor to understand what requests can and should be made to negotiate a better deal. This is where the cost of an inspection almost always pays for itself.

Safety
An inspection can expose safety issues like electrical problems, unsafe structural issues, pests, unsafe radon levels, mold and many others. Make sure that your real estate contract states that should such hazards be detected, you have the option to cancel the offer to buy.
